Qualified applicants are invited to a secure video consultation with the medical director. This session covers health history, objectives, contraindications, protocol eligibility, and — if appropriate — a proposed program structure. No protocol is offered without this evaluation.

Can I share my clinical records with my home physician?

Yes. Full clinical documentation of all protocols administered — including cellular preparation records, administration logs, and follow-up recommendations — is provided upon program completion and can be shared with your primary care physician.

If your application or evaluation reveals contraindications or other disqualifying factors, you will receive a private communication from the medical director's office explaining the determination. We decline candidates when clinical safety is not assured.

The in-clinic phase spans approximately 3 days. The full program — including pre-arrival preparation and 30-day structured follow-up — typically spans 5–6 weeks from confirmed enrollment to completion of follow-up.

Yes. A significant portion of our patients travel from the United States and Canada. We assist with travel coordination, provide internationally compatible medical documentation, and are available for physician-to-physician consultation when appropriate.
