Clinical Standards
Science &
Safety
Our protocols are built on structured clinical standards, not marketing claims. This page outlines the framework within which all programs at Regen Wellness Center operate.
Physician Oversight
All regenerative protocols at Regen Wellness Center are developed and supervised by Dr. Joy Ramirez, MD, Medical Director.
Every applicant undergoes structured medical screening prior to acceptance. Not all candidates are admitted. Final approval is determined following comprehensive review of medical history and clinical objectives.
Our programs are physician-directed and delivered within a structured clinical framework.
Our Position
Science informs every decision.
Safety governs access.
Regen Wellness Center operates in the field of regenerative medicine — a rapidly evolving domain with meaningful clinical evidence and significant potential. We approach this field with clinical rigor: acknowledging what the current evidence supports, what remains investigational, and what we do not yet know.
We do not use speculative protocols. We do not make outcome claims that exceed what the medical literature supports. And we decline patients who are not appropriate candidates — regardless of their willingness to pay.
Foundational Principles
Evidence-informed protocols — not experimental
Patient safety over program volume
Transparent limitations — we disclose what is unknown
Rigorous screening — more applicants declined than admitted
No outcome guarantees — ever
Physician authority over all clinical decisions
Clinical Standards
How we operate
Physician-Led Protocols
All protocols at Regen Wellness Center are designed and administered under the direct direction of the medical director. No treatment is delegated to non-physician clinical staff without physician oversight. The medical director reviews every patient file before any protocol is confirmed.
Individualized Screening Process
Prior to any engagement, each applicant undergoes a structured pre-qualification review including health history analysis, contraindication screening, and a direct physician consultation. Candidates with conditions that are incompatible with regenerative cellular intervention are not admitted.
Sterility & Clinical Standards
All cellular preparations are processed under ISO-compliant standards in licensed facilities. Administration is conducted in a controlled clinical environment by trained medical professionals using sterile techniques. Cold-chain integrity and cellular viability are verified prior to each administration.
Informed Consent Process
Every patient receives a structured informed consent process prior to treatment. This includes a detailed explanation of the proposed protocol, potential risks, realistic expectations, and the absence of guaranteed outcomes. Consent is physician-conducted — not delegated.
Contraindication Management
Patients with active malignancies, certain autoimmune conditions under acute flare, pregnancy, or other defined contraindications are not candidates for our protocols. Screening is rigorous. We decline more candidates than we admit.
Post-Protocol Monitoring
The 30-day follow-up phase is a structured clinical process with defined monitoring touchpoints. Adverse event reporting, response tracking, and protocol adjustment are conducted by the medical director — not by administrative staff.
Screening Standards
Who is not a candidate.
Responsible medical practice requires the willingness to decline patients when clinical safety is not assured. The following represent conditions and circumstances that typically disqualify applicants from our programs. This list is not exhaustive — final determination is made by the medical director.
Active or recent malignancy (within 5 years, case-dependent)
Pregnancy or active breastfeeding
Severe, uncontrolled autoimmune conditions in acute phase
Recent major surgery (within 6 weeks, case-dependent)
Patients unable to comply with follow-up protocol
Individuals seeking guaranteed outcomes or rapid results
Patients with unrealistic expectations after clinical consultation
International Patients
For patients traveling from the U.S. and Canada.
Regen Wellness Center maintains clinical communication standards compatible with North American medical practice. We provide full documentation of all protocols administered, including cellular lot information, administration records, and follow-up recommendations — materials that can be shared with your primary care physician or specialist upon return.
We encourage all international patients to notify their primary care physician of their intent to participate in a regenerative program prior to travel. We are available for physician-to-physician consultation upon request.
