Nature of Services
Regen Wellness Center provides physician-directed regenerative medicine protocols within a private retreat environment. Our services are medical in nature and require formal pre-qualification, physician evaluation, and informed consent prior to any treatment.
No Medical Guarantees
Regen Wellness Center does not guarantee any specific medical outcome from its programs. All treatments are provided on a best-efforts basis consistent with current medical knowledge and individual clinical findings. Results vary by individual.
Application & Eligibility
Submission of an application does not constitute enrollment, acceptance, or any obligation on the part of Regen Wellness Center. All applications are subject to physician review. We reserve the right to decline any applicant at any stage of the process.
Medical Information
Patients are required to disclose complete and accurate health history during the application and evaluation process. Omission of medically relevant information may result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund.
Payment & Cancellation
Program fees are disclosed during the private evaluation process. Payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund terms are outlined in the individual program agreement provided upon enrollment confirmation.
Informed Consent
All enrolled patients complete a physician-conducted informed consent process prior to any treatment. This includes explanation of proposed protocols, potential risks, and realistic expectations. Treatment is not initiated without documented consent.
Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Regen Wellness Center's liability for any claim arising from a program engagement is limited to the amount paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Sinaloa, México. Any disputes arising from these terms or program engagements shall be resolved through the appropriate jurisdiction in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México.
Modifications
Regen Wellness Center reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Policy
Clinical Evaluation Fee Policy
A $1,000 USD Clinical Evaluation Fee is required to initiate the structured, physician-led evaluation process at Regen Wellness Center.
This fee covers:
- Private Discovery Call
- Dedicated physician review time
- Medical Director evaluation
- Candidacy determination
- Strategic next-step planning
If the applicant is approved and elects to proceed with treatment, the Clinical Evaluation Fee is credited toward the selected treatment program.
Application of Fee
If the applicant is approved and elects to proceed with treatment, the Clinical Evaluation Fee will be credited in full toward the selected treatment program. The fee is not a deposit for treatment services; it is consideration for professional evaluation services rendered.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Applicants who request cancellation at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled Discovery Call may be considered for one (1) rescheduling opportunity or administrative credit, granted at the sole discretion of Regen Wellness Center. Late cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, and missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable. Regen Wellness Center reserves the right to decline or discontinue evaluation if an applicant demonstrates non-compliance with scheduling policies.
Non-Refundable Status
Once the evaluation process has been initiated, the Clinical Evaluation Fee becomes non-refundable. The evaluation process is considered initiated when any of the following occurs: physician review begins; the Discovery Call is completed; Medical Director review begins; or the case is materially evaluated. This fee compensates for structured medical review and dedicated physician time and is not contingent upon the applicant's decision to proceed with treatment.
Applicants Not Accepted
Payment of the Clinical Evaluation Fee covers professional evaluation services and does not guarantee treatment approval. Regen Wellness Center reserves the right to decline applicants who do not meet clinical or institutional criteria. If an applicant is not accepted following clinical review, no treatment fees are due and no further financial obligation arises from the evaluation.
Payment Authorization & Chargeback Policy
By submitting payment for the Clinical Evaluation Fee, you acknowledge and agree that: the fee secures dedicated physician time and structured medical review; the fee constitutes payment for professional evaluation services rendered in accordance with this policy; and once the evaluation process has been initiated, the fee is non-refundable. You expressly agree not to initiate or file a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for services rendered in accordance with this policy. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Regen Wellness Center reserves the right to submit documentation including signed acknowledgments, appointment confirmations, payment records, and evidence of services rendered. You agree to be responsible for any administrative fees, dispute fees, legal costs, or collection expenses incurred as a result of improper chargeback activity.
Elite Regenerative Retreat – Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Participation in the Elite Regenerative Retreat requires a reservation deposit as outlined at the time of enrollment. Deposit amounts are applied toward the total program fee. Cancellation terms are structured as follows: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to program start may qualify for a partial refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations made within 15–30 days may qualify for partial refund or credit toward future scheduling. Cancellations within 15 days of program start are non-refundable but may qualify for rescheduling credit. Failure to complete final payment prior to scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation of reservation. Full cancellation details are outlined in the signed Program Addendum. Medical ineligibility following physician review qualifies for full refund of amounts paid.
Governing Entity & Payment Processing
Clinical Evaluation Fees and certain program payments may be processed through Regen Wellness Center (F&J Online Enterprise LLC), a United States registered limited liability company, acting as the administrative and payment processing entity for Regen Wellness Center. Medical services are rendered in Mexico under the supervision of licensed medical professionals operating in accordance with applicable Mexican medical regulations. Payment processing through a United States entity does not alter the jurisdiction in which medical services are delivered. Any disputes arising from payment processing shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the LLC is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. Medical services and clinical oversight remain subject to applicable Mexican medical regulations.
