A structured six-phase process from first contact to post-protocol follow-up. Every stage is defined, physician-directed, and transparent.
01 — Application
Submit Your Application
The process begins with a structured application that allows our medical team to conduct an initial review of your health history, goals, and candidacy. Applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Not all applicants are advanced to evaluation.
Applications are reviewed by the medical director's office — not by administrative staff.
02 — Private Evaluation
Physician Evaluation
Qualified applicants are invited to a private physician evaluation — conducted via secure video consultation. During this session, the medical director reviews your complete health history, discusses your objectives, outlines contraindications, and determines protocol eligibility. If eligible, a proposed protocol and investment structure are presented.
No protocol is proposed until evaluation is complete.
03 — Travel Coordination
Program Coordination
Following evaluation and confirmation, our coordination team will assist with scheduling, accommodation recommendations, and pre-arrival preparation. We work with patients traveling from the U.S., Canada, and other international locations. Travel details are coordinated discretely with full attention to patient privacy.
Our coordination team provides direct support. We do not use third-party travel agencies.
04 — Treatment Phase
In-Clinic Treatment
Upon arrival, you will be received at our private clinical facility in Mazatlán. The treatment phase typically spans 3 days, including the comprehensive longevity evaluation, primary cellular intervention, and supporting regenerative protocols. You will be in daily contact with the medical director throughout this phase.
All treatment is conducted within a controlled clinical environment.
05 — Recovery & Optimization
Post-Treatment Recovery
Following the primary intervention, a structured recovery period is integrated into your stay. This includes the hyperbaric session, physician monitoring, and initial response assessment. You will receive your Regen Elite Longevity Kit™ before departure, along with a structured written follow-up plan.
Recovery protocol begins on the day of primary intervention.
06 — Structured Follow-Up
30-Day Follow-Up Protocol
Upon return home, your 30-day structured follow-up begins. This includes defined physician check-in points, symptom and response tracking, and protocol adjustments as indicated. All follow-up communication is conducted directly with the medical director's office via secure channel.
Follow-up is a clinical phase — not a customer service function.
